1994 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4 Truck for sale in Racine, Wisconsin

$1,350

Up for sale 1994 Dakota SLT Dual Cab 4x4. Its got rust and its not pretty but it runs excellent. It's flat black color, interior is suitable. I purchased the truck in very rough mechanical shape with boh tire rods broken. I pulled it house and brought it back to life. I repaired exactly what I could on the body but more importantly I dealt with the mechanics. I drained and re-filled coolant, drained and changed transmission fluid, changed power guiding fluid, altered the air filter, altered engine oil and filter and cleaned fuel injectors. The only thing I didn't get to is positioning and muffler. It needs both. The gas gauge does not work. Drive 250 miles and refill (to be safe, variety near to 300). When I fill up, I keep an eye on this by resetting the journey odometer. Muffler has new(er) pipe all the means to muffler box, from there back it requires replacement as its noisy. Around $60 total amount at muffler shop, about $15 if you understand ways to diy. Positioning is about $50 as the truck has strong rear axle so alignment is done front only. Engine was changed by a used one few years back and transmission was rebuilt last year. Its not prettiest to take a look at but it runs excellent and has a great working 4x4. Cruise works, heat works, air conditioning works, radio works, motorist's side window doesn't go down. It's a 1994 so no discharge test ever. Likewise includes 2 keys. Tires are suitable, brakes are great. Parking brake does not work so I bound the pedal so it does not bounce up and down, that's the factor behind the rope. It does not impact safety, brakes work terrific but the pedal for E-brake doesn't. Not a problem on automatics anyhow. Perfect winter season truck to obtain around with great heat and working 4x4. It has beerbelly and jack/bar. I was going to use it this winter but something else came about so I need room for that task. Throw a muffler on it and do alignment (or one or neither) and you got a terrific working 4x4 truck. I'm selling it at what it cost me. No time at all for games, I work on automobiles full time so please no time at all losing. Money only. I will amuse best offers but not much. For asking rate I will include the cap. Anything under $1350 cap will not be included. Its an excellent cap worth about $200-$250. I work 12 hours a day so we'll need to plan to satisfy day or more in advance. Mileage is 204K on body, engine someplace in 150K range, trans rebuilt. It's a 3.9 L Magnum V6. Text just. Clean Illinois title. Selling AS-IS. Thanks.

By A pick-up truck is a vehicle with an 8 foot bed, March 18, 2008

I purchased this vehicle new, a WT (8' mattress) using the 3.9. It's 110,000 kilometers onto it today, I Have utilized it for building, pushed cross-country - Bulk to Clean - 6 occasions, once having a kayak about the van best, when towing a Geo - and contains never stuck me, never not started, nevertheless has unique motor, clutch, indication and exhaust system. Using the 3.9 motor has lots of energy, fast off the point and got (not nowadays) 24 mpg. Using pinion & the stand it addresses much better than lots of sedans. It was a vehicle that is great. Also bad they do not create 'em using the mattress that is actual nowadays.
